Our stay was BEYONDDD fantastic. They quite literally thought of everything!!! Every single person of my bridal party and any wedding vendor who came in RAVEDDD about this place- the space, the details, the lighting. Absolutely stunning!!!! It is exactly like the pictures. We are sooo so happy I can’t even put to words!!! It was thee perfect place for our wedding weekend. Hosts were so responsive and accommodating to our specific needs of the weekend. There were flowers and a card on the table congratulating us upon arrival which was such a sweet touch! We had the best time and will definitely be back. 10 stars!!!

A bride's dream! I can't believe I found this place and was truly sad when I had to leave! It is gorgeous for any occassion, but it was truly made to be the perfect bridal suite / getting ready area. Everyone who came inside was shocked at how beautiful it is. Even better than the photos (although I will say.. all the photos taken there turned out gorgeous!) Nicole was a wonderful and responsive host and the place was stocked with all the amenities you could need. If you are contemplating booking this.... just do it! Can't imagine staying anywhere else my wedding weekend 🙂

Wow! I have so much to say but the main thing being you need to book this for your bridal suite! It was GORGEOUS. Everything was high end from the heated floors in the master bath, to the amazing bridal suite that my hair and makeup artists were raving about. 100% worth the money and i would do it all over again if I could! Nicole was SO responsive, sweet and flexible! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Highly recommend this apartment/home. We did not use as a wedding prep space but it would be amazing! Great layout with privacy for three couples. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous! Great location, easy parking, completely renovated 1920s brownstone with phenomenal decor and style! Did not want to leave and wanted to move-in instead. Nicole was super fast in getting back to me with questions. Super clean. I would 1000% stay again!

We stayed at 3NG in March 2023 for a girls night in/overnight - something we do annually as former roommates but usually stay in a hotel and go out. This was our favorite year because 3NG felt like the apartment we lived in together...but a huge upgrade! We opted to stay in and enjoy the space and absolutely loved it. 3NG is beautiful, cozy and comfortable with all upgraded amenities and anything that we needed. There was more than enough room, comfortable beds, plenty of parking and in a great location. It was the perfect place for a girls night or weekend! We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay!

Beautiful home! Bridal suite was so cool! We personally had no use for it but would be wonderful for a bride-to-be and her attendants. Very private and very quiet! Had everything you could need! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

I cannot say enough great things about this place!! We were in town for our son's graduation from U of R and were supposed to stay at the Hyatt, but there was some confusion with our reservation so we were scrambling trying to find a place to stay and found this. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a very large space, super bright, so well decorated and has so many little nooks and crannies and quiet places you can hang out. I was able to get ready for my son's graduation events in a very well lit area with lots of light and mirrors and felt like a million bucks heading off to the graduation events. It was so nice to have a place we could all hang out in and just have some down time between events. We went to some great restaurants nearby. My son is not longer in Rochester but he goes back in the fall to play in a golf tournament and I am pretty sure he and my husband and their friends will book this place. Amazing! Thank you! Super host for sure!!!
